- Hi there. Yes i do. Well, there's no particular brand. You should choose the tone closest to your skin color. Do not use those when you apply, it's very fair. It has a different tone from face, to neck, to body color. So overall you look pale and sick. So just choose the one closest to your skin color :)

- Hi wsm. Well, partially. If the person's personality is really really bad. People advice them to change, for the better. I don't think that it's wrong. Normally its not how you see yourself, its how the majority sees you. You might think that you're alright, but to others, you're a very, y'know. Bad person? I don't really know how to put it. But still, change for yourself, and not for the sake of others. You just want to be a better person, don't you? I can't say that the sentence you said was wrong, but just by how you put it, sounds really mean(at the ' then thats just too bad').
