Try avoid areas where people are smoking, if possible stay at home, and get your mind occupied, reading comics, stuffs like that. (:

- Well it all starts with eating right. Reduce the coke, pepsi, all the frizzy drinks to chinese tea, water, milk. Cut down on oily foods, junk foods like chicken wings, kentucky chicken, potato chips, chocolates. If you don't like running, go for long walks, it can be in the mall, at the park, any where. You can pick up any sports you like, badminton, tennis, stuffs like that. You also have to sleep at the right time, and do not, do not eat any thing 4 hours before bed time. It affects the digestions.
